CONSULTING APPROACH

Our work focusses particularly on facilitating and managing sustainability-oriented change and transitions. Overall, there are three key building blocks to our consulting approach:

• Assessing and/or increasing awareness of the impetus for change
  
• Identifying appropriate change/transition management processes
  
• Developing and implementing specific interventions

Our work encompasses both social and organizational change. We believe our blending of skills across these two areas of expertise to be somewhat unique. Attentive to both educational and operational issues, we work with multi-stakeholder groups to bring about systemic change by linking technology, environment, economic and societal considerations. We emphasize a collaborative process which taps into knowledge and expertise resident in our client group and provides opportunities for enhanced learning and development.
